There’s a better fix for those hands, one I figured out way back with my (the?) first Ranger Figuarts, the Toy’s R Us releases of ShinkenRed and Gold.
Instead of attacking the balljoints, take a standard X-Acto blade and shave away just a little of the ring at the top of each hand’s socket.
Less potential damage to the figure overall with the same effect of not having to sweat about the ballpeg snapping off between hands.
